La Promesa Early Learning Center, a state-authorized dual-language (Spanish/English) public charter school, has immediate openings for the 2017-2018 school year. 

FT and PT Spanish Teachers (K-8) 
Must possess or be eligible for a K-8 Elementary License with Bilingual Endorsement. Experience working with diverse populations, planning units, using data to drive instruction, and coordinating and delivering teacher-led intervention is a plus. Preference will be given to teachers with a track record of increasing student achievement.

FT English Teachers (K-8)
Must possess or be eligible for a K-8 Elementary License with TESOL Endorsement. Experience working with diverse populations, planning units, focusing on English Language Development, using data to drive instruction, and coordinating and delivering teacher-led intervention is a plus. Preference will be given to teachers with a track record of increasing student achievement.

PT (.50) Teacher Mentor/Data and Compliance Coordinator

Experience with: NMTeach evaluation system; retrieving and analyzing NWEA MAP, Istation, WIDA ACCESS, Las Links, and PARCC data/reports; creating curriculum action plans based on data analysis; using MS Excel and other data capture tools to map proficiency data; coaching teachers; NM Dash 90 day planning process; NM charter school performance frameworks and charter contracts, and Bilingual Education dual language.

After School Activity Leaders (Certified and Uncertified)

Experience facilitating activities with students ages 5-15. Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: arts and crafts, dance, athletics (basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, kickball), technology, chess, and Zumba. Must be able to pass FBI background check. ($10-$22/hour)

Hourly Activity Bus Driver ($18/hour) 

Must have a clean driving record, possess a criminal background check that is no more than two years old or be willing to obtain one, provide a copy of satisfactory completion of a department of transportation (DOT) physical examination, provide verification of the proper license as a school bus driver (issued by the motor vehicle division), and provide a copy of your commercial drivers license examination; vehicle inspection, basic control skills and road test.
