Beginning Monday, March 16, New Mexico K-12 public schools will close for three weeks to mitigate the risk of community spread of COVID-19. While the closing is currently effective through April 6, it may be extended as conditions warrant. NMPED and New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) are working together on a daily basis to share the most current information as well as to consult on protocols, procedures and best practices. Hello, My name is Yvette M. Jaramillo-Barnwell.  I have been teaching for over 27 plus years.  I have been married for 33 years and have two children, who I'm very proud of. I Love to travel, Read, and work to stay healthy.  I am very excited to be here at ABA this school year.  This will be my 7th year here at ABA.  I love teaching reading and math. This year my goal is to have all of my students read at grade level and pass all of our tests, ISTATION, NWEA and PARCC with proficient scores. In working with students, parents and community members we can achieve our goals. The school year 2019-2020 is going to be an exciting learning experience. ABA  is an amazing place to teach, learn and achieve.
